If a product is sold out, we will try to re-stock it as soon as possible. If the product is not in stock anymore, we would remove it from our online store.

No, except for handcrafted products, where the finish applied may slightly vary.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.

Yes, you can check the status of your order in real time. To do so, access the section MY ORDERS from your account.
Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes. You can select the items you wish to remove from the shopping basket, as far as you have not processed the order yet.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. You can cancel an order if its status allows it.
What are my rights if the item I purchased turns out to be faulty?
Ferent.shop only sells items in a perfect condition. If exceptionally you receive a faulty item, contact our customer service department by sending an email to email@example.com.
